Escrow Officer – Real Estate Firm | Shreveport, LA
A well-established and expanding real estate firm in Shreveport is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Escrow Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Title and Escrow services, with proven transactional experience and a current Louisiana Notary Commission.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the full real estate closing process in accordance with Louisiana real estate contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements
Execute the escrow process for property title transfers
Prepare and review all closing documents to ensure title insurance issuance
Conduct closings with buyers, sellers, realtor's, lenders, and attorneys
Resolve title issues including liens, legal descriptions, easements, and encroachments
Maintain compliance and accuracy throughout all transactional documentation
Qualifications:
Experience in Title and Escrow operations within the real estate industry
Strong transactional closing background
Louisiana Notary Commission (required or in progress)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions independently
