Role: Escrow Assistant
Pay Rate: $18.72 - $22.58/hour
Work Setup:
• Location: Irving, TX 75063
• Extension and conversion possible for the right fit
Schedule:
Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST

Role Overview:
• Mid-level escrow disbursement support role in a fast-paced environment
• Perform daily bank reconciliations for escrow offices
• Reconcile outstanding deposits and disbursements
• Handle checks and wires; balance files per lender instructions
• Review lender wires and provide funding approval
• Review signed lender packages (notes, security instruments, affidavits, refinance documents)
• Support internal and external customers via email, phone, and integrated systems
• Manage ancillary processes including check reissues, trial balance reconciliation, and refunds
Key Skills:
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Professional demeanor with a positive service attitude
• Familiarity with company and/or client operating systems
• Punctual and dependable
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
