We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Escrow Assistant to support our Escrow Officers and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely closings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing sensitive client information, and has strong communication skills. Responsibilities

Assist Escrow Officers with all aspects of the escrow process from opening to close.

Prepare, review, and process escrow documents, settlement statements, and funding packages.

Open new escrow orders and verify accuracy of all incoming documentation.

Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to gather required information.

Manage title inquiries, order payoffs, and track transaction timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Perform data entry into escrow systems and maintain accurate transaction files.

Handle client communication with professionalism, clarity, and a high level of customer service.

Ensure all documents and client information are handled with strict confidentiality and compliance with company and industry standards.

Assist with post-closing tasks, including disbursements, recordings, and file audits.

Qualifications

2+ years of escrow, title, mortgage, or related real estate experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with escrow/title software a plus.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight timelines.

Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
