Job Title: Escrow Assistant – Seattle Area

Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and transaction support to escrow officers.
Prepare, review, and process escrow documents with accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to collect required information.
Manage scheduling, data entry, and escrow file organization.
Maintain compliance with escrow, title, and real estate industry standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
1–2 years of recent escrow, title, or mortgage industry experience (required).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
Strong customer service background with professionalism and empathy.
High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Windows.
Experience with SoftPro preferred.
Strong numerical and data entry accuracy.
