Escrow Assistant – Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Ready to Grow
Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite – free parking)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000/year (DOE)
Required Residency: Washington State residents only

What You’ll Be Doing

Support a high-volume escrow team by preparing transaction documents, opening new orders, and managing timelines

Communicate with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and internal staff to ensure smooth, timely closings

Coordinate signings and ensure all documents are accurate and complete before disbursement

Manage earnest money deposits and wire transfers with precision and security

Maintain organized digital files and monitor key deadlines

Proactively solve problems and assist with last-minute requests in a calm, customer-friendly manner

Contribute to a supportive, professional office culture built on trust and respect

What You Need to Bring

1–3 years of recent escrow or title experience

Solid understanding of real estate transactions and escrow processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing tasks

Strong computer skills (familiarity with Resware or SoftPro is a plus)

Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
