Key Responsibilities:
Support the Escrow Officer in managing real estate transactions from open to close
Review and process real estate and escrow documents
Prepare and distribute title commitments, closing statements, and disbursement forms
Communicate daily with lenders, real estate agents, and clients
Manage multiple escrow files and deadlines simultaneously
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely closings
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
Prior Escrow Assistant experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong reliability and consistent work history
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with SoftPro or similar escrow software
Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
