Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and processing of escrow documents.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure all necessary information is collected and accurate.
Maintain accurate records of escrow transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Schedule and coordinate escrow closings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Support the escrow officer with administrative tasks and document management.
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in an escrow or real estate support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and escrow management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
