Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience in escrow operations and accounting support. This role manages real estate transaction files with precision ensuring compliance, accuracy, and seamless client service. This person will support escrow officers, process financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Escrow Operations
• Manage client and property files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with escrow regulations.
• Process paperwork for real estate transactions, including sales and refinancing.
• Data entry for opening and closing packages, ensuring timely recordation.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure professionalism and clarity throughout the escrow process.
• Provide administrative support to escrow officers, including scheduling, file organization, and compliance reviews.
• High level of attention to detail.
Accounting & Financial Operations
• Initiate wires, transfers, and ACH transactions; review daily remote deposits.
• Review transactions entered in mortgage software for accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, prepare monthly reports, and support cash flow tracking.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, credit card allocation/reconciliation, and journal entry preparation.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and additional accounting tasks as assigned.
• Support loan servicing tasks and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of escrow, accounting, or finance experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of mortgage/escrow software preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology and adapt quickly.
• High degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Background check required.
