We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Technician to service and repair restaurant equipment such as ice cream machines, fryers, grills, and more. If you're someone who works well independently, takes pride in doing the job right the first time, and can communicate clearly with both customers and coworkers, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment at restaurants, food service businesses, and franchise locations.
Communicate repair needs and maintenance issues in plain, easy-to-understand language to customers who may not have technical backgrounds.
Document detailed, clear notes about all work performed—so the next technician has everything they need at a glance.
Manage your own schedule and jobs with autonomy and integrity.
Participate in ongoing hands-on training and professional development opportunities.
What You Bring:
Experience troubleshooting and repairing restaurant or commercial kitchen equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge; HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and make sound, honest decisions in the field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Clear, organized, and thorough when writing service reports and equipment notes.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
