Hourly Pay: $25–$34 DOE | Full-Time | Overtime Available | 10-Hour Shifts

?? Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on rental equipment
Diagnose and repair engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Use diagnostic tools and manuals to ensure optimal performance
Maintain accurate service logs and repair records
Conduct occasional field repairs
Collaborate with team members on complex mechanical issues
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Mentor and assist less-experienced technicians
??? Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic in rental or construction equipment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Familiarity with diagnostic tools (a plus!)
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a bonus)
Clean driving record required
