Mechanic / Equipment Maintenance Technician – Skagit County, WA
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanic / Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time role focused on maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience with vehicles, construction equipment, trailers, or small gas-powered equipment.
Skilled in major and minor repairs of hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, diesel, and gas engines.
Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of equipment.
Ability to inspect, service, and test equipment to ensure performance and safety standards.
Familiarity with schematics, computer diagnostics, and welding techniques.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Must have your own tools to complete repairs.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (rotating schedule)
4/10 work schedule or split days
Compensation:
$33.00 – $50.00 per hour
Full-time, 40 hours per week
