Equipment Maintenance Assistant – Salt Lake City, UT
Pay: $22–$25/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Join a hands-on team keeping advanced manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. Work on high-temperature furnaces, chemical processing lines, machining centers, and more.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment
Perform preventive maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics
Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to keep systems running smoothly
Requirements/Skills:
Intermediate verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
Ability to repair and maintain high-temperature, chemical, and machining equipment
Basic plumbing skills
Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems (120V, 240V, 480V) and mechanical/air conditioning components
Knowledge and ability to use hand tools
Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
