Equipment Maintenance Assistant
Salt Lake City, UT | $22–$24/hr | Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Seeking an Equipment Maintenance Assistant to help keep our advanced heat treating, plating, and finishing equipment operating at peak performance. You’ll work with cutting-edge machinery that supports aerospace, medical, automotive, and electronics industries.

What You’ll Do:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and metal processing equipment (furnaces, plating lines, induction units, etc.).
Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and diagnostic testing.
Read schematics, use hand and power tools, and document all repairs.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure reliability and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of industrial maintenance experience (metal processing, heat treating, or machining preferred).
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read technical manuals/schematics and use diagnostic tools.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments.
