Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Technician to join our team as a Surveying Lead specializing in mold and asbestos inspections. The ideal candidate will hold certifications in CAC and CSST and have hands-on experience managing environmental assessments and remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead environmental surveying projects with a focus on mold and asbestos detection and assessment

Conduct site inspections and collect samples following regulatory standards

Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies

Collaborate with team members and clients to develop remediation plans

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

Current CAC (Certified Asbestos Consultant) certification

Current CSST (Certified Supervisor in Safety Techniques) certification

Proven experience in mold and asbestos surveying and testing

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work full time, in-office
