Job Title: Entry-Level CNC Machinist
Location: Goleta, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Goleta. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude or recent vocational training who are ready to grow in a hands-on production environment.

MUST HAVE :

Qualifications:

0–1 years of CNC machining experience OR recent completion of a CNC/machining training program

Comfortable working with hand tools and measuring instruments

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Must be able to work onsite in Goleta, CA

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines under supervision to manufacture precision parts

Load materials and change tools as needed

Monitor machines during the production process

Perform basic quality checks using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools

Read and interpret blueprints or job orders

Assist with machine setup and maintenance as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

0–1 years of CNC machining experience OR recent completion of a CNC/machining training program
