We are looking for motivated entry-level candidates to join our growing industrial bakery team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers who want to gain hands-on experience in food production and warehouse operations.
Team members may be placed in different departments depending on business needs and strengths, including assembly line production, quality control, or warehouse support.
This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Direct Hire.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bakery and pastry production on assembly lines
Support quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards
Help with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
Assist with warehouse tasks such as organizing inventory and materials
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines
Support team members and supervisors with general production tasks
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
High school diploma or recent graduate preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Good attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
