Key Responsibilities
- Assemble cables and cable components according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Perform general production, assembly, and equipment support duties in a manufacturing environment.
- Assist the production manager with basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting as directed.
- Support operation of injection molding machines and other production equipment.
- Complete routine equipment checks and promptly report malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations, tools, and production areas.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Current assignment pay listed at $23.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble cables and cable components in a production environment.
- Support basic equipment troubleshooting and production-area needs.
- Assist with injection molding machine support and routine equipment checks.
- Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.

- Basic understanding of electricity, voltage, wiring, or electrical components is required.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
- Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable for candidates with the right foundational knowledge and hands-on aptitude.
- Able to follow instructions and learn basic equipment troubleshooting procedures.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking on additional responsibility.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the production manager and team.
- Comfortable completing a basic technical assessment during the interview covering foundational electrical and voltage knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
- Assembly, cable manufacturing, machine operation, test technician, or general production experience.
- Electrical, electronics, automotive, maintenance, or related technical coursework.
- Hands-on experience repairing appliances, electronics, vehicles, equipment, or similar mechanical or electrical systems.
