Document Specialist – Parma, OH 44130
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (overtime possible)
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire

About the Role:
AppleOne is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Document Specialists for a long-term opportunity in Parma, OH. This role is essential in preparing, organizing, and processing incoming documents for digital conversion. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a team environment, this position may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
-Open, sort, and prep incoming mail and documents
-Prepare documents for scanning and assist with occasional glass copying
-Follow instructions accurately and maintain strong attention to detail
-Perform general clerical and processing tasks as assigned
-Lift and move materials between 10–50 lbs as needed
-Work in a position that involves standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting
-Experience with scanning or printing equipment is a plus but not required

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
-Basic computer knowledge for training and scanning tasks
-Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)
-Personal electronic devices must be stored in designated areas during work hours

Dress Code:
-Business casual
-Closed-toe shoes required
-Jeans without tears are permitted
-No leggings, gym/activewear, or Crocs
-Clothing must not include offensive graphics or political statements
