Job Summary

We are hiring Entry Level Aerospace Manufacturing candidates for temp-to-hire opportunities in Valencia, CA. These roles are ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who want to build a long-term career in aerospace and defense manufacturing, CNC machining, inspection, deburr, or facilities maintenance.

Available opportunities may include Final Inspector, CNC Machinist C, Deburr or Bench Machinist, and Facilities Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and perform entry-level aerospace manufacturing tasks in CNC machining, inspection, deburr, or maintenance support.
- Use hand tools, inspection tools, and basic shop equipment to support production quality and workflow.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Inspect, measure, deburr, handle, or maintain parts and equipment depending on assigned department.
- Maintain strong attendance, productivity, and attention to detail in a fast-paced production setting.
- Support overtime and weekend production needs when required.

Compensation and Benefits

- Starting pay: $23 per hour.
- CNC Night Shift candidates receive a 20% pay increase after completing training on 1st shift and transferring to nights.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Valencia, CA.
- CNC Night Shift: 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. or 3:00 a.m., plus weekends as needed. Training is typically on day shift for approximately 30 to 90 days before moving to nights.
- CNC Day Shift: Training schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., then regular hours are typically 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 or 4:30 p.m., with weekends currently required due to workload.
- Final Inspector: Approximate schedule is 6:30 or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 or 4:30 p.m. Training hours are usually kept to 8 hours.
- Deburr Day Shift: Current schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., sometimes until 5:00 p.m. Training is typically 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. until fully trained.
- Facilities Maintenance B: Hours are 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with Saturdays as needed.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Learn CNC machining, final inspection, deburr, bench work, or facilities maintenance tasks based on department assignment.
- Support precision manufacturing of aerospace components while following quality and safety standards.
- Use basic math, measuring tools, hand tools, and mechanical reasoning to complete daily work.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and reliability in a long-term temp-to-hire role.

- Entry-level candidates are welcome, with 1 to 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools, metal parts, machinery, or maintenance tasks.
- Strong basic math skills are important, especially for CNC and inspection roles.
- Must have strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to concentrate on detailed work.
- Must be reliable, hard-working, and interested in long-term employment rather than a short-term temporary job.
- Must be comfortable getting dirty and working hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to work assigned shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- CNC Night Shift candidates must be fully committed to working nights after training, with no option to remain on days.
- Final Inspector and CNC Day Shift candidates must be able to complete required Secure Fit and SAM assessments before interview.
- CNC Night Shift, Deburr, and Facilities Maintenance candidates must be able to complete required Secure Fit assessment before interview.
- Facilities Maintenance candidates must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors and open to learning forklift operation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, aerospace, production, inspection, deburr, maintenance, or mechanical work.
- High scores or strong ability in quantitative problem solving and mechanical reasoning for CNC and inspection roles.
- Experience using measuring tools, inspection tools, hand tools, or shop equipment.
- Prior experience in roles requiring precision, patience, focus, and strong manual dexterity.
- Interest in building a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing.
