? What You’ll Do
• Be the financial backbone for high-profile entertainment clients by managing all aspects of their business and personal financial lives:
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, cash flow, bill pay, and income tracking.
• Manage client entities and corporate structures, staying compliant with all tax requirements.
• Partner with tax and accounting teams to prepare financial statements, audits, and year-end packages.
• Provide strategic business guidance on investments, tours, royalties, and major financial decisions.
• Review and negotiate client contracts alongside legal and management teams.
• Maintain accurate general ledgers and deliver timely, insightful financial reports.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors, attorneys, agents, and labels.
• Lead and mentor support staff within the accounting team.
?? What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
• 5+ years of accounting, finance, or business management experience—entertainment industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of touring, publishing, and royalty structures
• Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel; experience with Datafaction/AgilLink preferred
• Exceptional organization, communication, and client relationship skills
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and deliver in a high-profile, fast-moving environment
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
