Seeking a full-time Enterprise Account Manager with a strong focus on Sales Engineering and Data Analysis.
The Enterprise Account Manager will serve as both a customer-facing technical expert and a strategic portfolio analyst. Leveraging data-driven insights, this individual will help drive customer expansion through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling—identifying high-impact opportunities prioritized by ROI to maximize customer value and accelerate revenue growth.
This position also plays a key role in aligning cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Expansion & Retention: Quota-carrying role focused on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Technical Consultation & ROI Analysis: Analyze customer portfolios to uncover high-value opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Use analytics to evaluate account performance and guide sales strategies.
• Relationship Management: Act as an internal advocate for key accounts, ensuring access to training, support, and strategic guidance.
• CRM Proficiency: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Onboarding & Implementation: Coordinate internal resources to ensure a seamless customer onboarding and adoption experience.
• Strategic Sales Collaboration: Work with business development teams and partners to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing role
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Strong Excel skills with a solid background in business-focused data analysis
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a clear and impactful way
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on results
• Collaborative and proactive team player
