The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of federal tax laws, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build trust with clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prepare and review a variety of individual and business tax returns.
- Handle IRS representation matters, including audits, collections, appeals, and notices.
- Provide tax planning, compliance research, and client consulting support.
- Active Enrolled Agent credential.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant tax preparation, tax planning, or IRS representation experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal tax laws, IRS procedures, and tax compliance requirements.
- Experience reviewing financial records and resolving tax-related discrepancies.
- Ability to prepare accurate work while managing deadlines and client expectations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to build trust with individuals and business clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing corporate, partnership, trust, and nonprofit tax returns.
- Prior experience responding to IRS notices and handling client tax resolution matters.
- Background in financial services, public accounting, or a professional tax advisory environment.
- Ability to provide proactive tax planning recommendations for both individuals and businesses.
