Immediate opening for an Engineering Technician with growing municipality. Will support a variety of civil engineering projects. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in drafting, surveying, mapping, and traffic engineering. Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing engineering plans, maps, and drawings using AutoCAD software, Perform basic calculations and help design project layouts, Conduct field visits and site checks for engineering and construction projects, Support traffic studies and surveying work, Review maps and documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations, Provide information and support to the public, contractors, and developers, Maintain records, reports, and project documentation.
Basic knowledge or interest in civil engineering, drafting, or construction,
