Immediate Need! Bilingual HR Employee Relations Specialist (English/Spanish)

A well-established company with a professional, team-oriented culture is seeking a Bilingual HR Employee Relations Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for recent graduates with some experience in Human Resources. The right candidate will be highly professional, demonstrate strong work ethic, and be looking for a long-term career in a corporate office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Workers’ Compensation claims, injuries, and related litigation

Manage Employee Relations concerns, disputes, and resolutions

Report, track, and help prevent workplace injuries

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment through safety training and employee engagement

Collaborate with HR Administrative Supervisor and Payroll Manager for daily employee-related operations

Requirements:

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Must be professional, dependable, and career-driven

Must pass a background check and drug screening, and clean DMV required

Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive HR matters discreetly

Previous HR or employee relations experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
