Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years relevant experience.
•Required Knowledge of: Labor relations and Human Resources Principles
•Maintains confidentiality
•Lead investigations
•Advance MSOffice and Ad Administrative duties
•Know and understand CBA laws, Rules, and regulations
•Experience working in a union environment
•Personable, Flexible and handle pressure zones well.
•Detail orient, organized, multi task, strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
•Valid California Class C Driver License that allows you to drive in the course of your employment.
