OA Reference: Employee Relations Manager
We are looking for a highly experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and support employee relations initiatives across multiple business units. This role plays a key part in maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and driving fair and consistent employment practices.
Responsibilitie's:
-Lead employee relations strategies across all operating companies
-Conduct and oversee investigations (complaints, grievances, conflicts)
-Ensure compliance with labor laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA)
-Partner with leadership on disciplinary actions and terminations
-Support performance management and improvement plans
-Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
-Conduct training on harassment, ethics, diversity, and inclusion
-Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)
-10+ years of experience in employee relations and compliance
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor practices
-Experience handling investigations and sensitive HR matters
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-Analytical and problem-solving mindset
-Bilingual (English / Spanish)
-Ability to travel across Puerto Rico
-Availability beyond regular business hours when needed
