Job Summary
We are seeking an Electronics Test Operator for a direct hire opportunity with a growing electronics manufacturing team in Camarillo, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on electronics testing experience who enjoy working in a structured, quality-focused production environment.
The Electronics Test Operator will support daily manufacturing operations by testing electronic units, using specialized equipment, following detailed procedures, and helping ensure products meet performance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform electronic testing on production units using specialized test equipment and established procedures.
- Run software-based test processes and connect multiple units to test systems accurately.
- Use a multimeter to verify functionality, performance, and quality requirements.
- Assemble cable harnesses as needed to support production and testing activities.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, ESD procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Support production goals while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:15 PM.
- Overtime: Available, including occasional weekends as needed.
- Location: Camarillo, CA 93012.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Perform electronic testing in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Run software-based testing procedures and connect units to test systems.
- Use a multimeter to verify electronic functionality and performance.
- Support cable harness assembly and production testing requirements.
- Minimum 1 year of electronics testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and use a multimeter.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using software-based test systems.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, testing procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a production setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime, including occasional weekends as needed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to ITAR regulations.
