Electronics Repair Technician I, II, III

A global professional audio manufacturer expanding in Nashville is seeking Electronics Repair Technicians at multiple levels (I, II, III). These roles support repair, warranty, and preventative maintenance of professional wireless systems, microphones, headphones, speakers, digital audio interfaces, and networking-enabled devices.

Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
Review service orders and inspect equipment for required repair actions
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and warranty evaluations
Document repair actions accurately within service systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate technical findings clearly with internal teams and customers
Meet quality and productivity standards
Electronics Repair Technician I
Entry-Level / Developing Technician
0–2 years of electronics or technical experience
Vocational training, technical school, or hands-on repair background
Basic soldering skills
Ability to visually inspect equipment and identify common failures
Performs standard service work under guidance
Strong desire to grow into advanced troubleshooting
Electronics Repair Technician II
Independent Technician / Strong Troubleshooter
2–5 years of electronics repair experience
Performs repairs independently without supervision
Comfortable with component-level soldering
Able to read and interpret electronic schematics
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience with RF systems, professional audio, or digital audio networking preferred
Exposure to Dante, AES67, or similar protocols is a plus
Electronics Repair Technician III
Senior Technician / Advanced Systems Specialist
4–6+ years of advanced electronics repair experience
Diagnoses and repairs complex equipment independently
Advanced troubleshooting across hardware and hybrid systems
Deep experience with RF wireless systems
Strong knowledge of digital audio networking (Dante, AES67, or similar)
Ability to train and mentor junior technicians
Proven root cause analysis and problem resolution skills
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Technical/Vocational School required
Associate’s degree preferred for Level II
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced experience preferred for Level III
Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
Compensation
