Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler with hands-on experience in electronic assembly and soldering. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products

Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components

Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions

Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy

Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety, quality, and production standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional soldering experience required

Experience with electronic assembly and hand tools

Ability to read basic schematics and assembly instructions

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Preferred (Plus):

IPC certification (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001)

Experience with SMT and through-hole components

Manufacturing or aerospace/defense experience
