Job Summary
A growing aerospace and electronics manufacturing team in Simi Valley, CA is seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented assembler with strong soldering ability, steady hands, and experience working with small electronic components in a quality-focused production environment.

As an Electronic Assembler, you will support the production of electronic assemblies, power-control products, motors, controllers, and power-conversion components used in aerospace, defense, industrial, and other mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, cables, connectors, and related assemblies according to production requirements.
- Perform soldering, component installation, conformal coating, and finishing processes using drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, bills of materials, and written production instructions.
- Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship, accuracy, quality, and compliance with aerospace and defense manufacturing standards.
- Identify and report defective components, discrepancies, or production concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Complete production documentation accurately while following safety, ESD, quality, and traceability procedures.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour.
- Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time.
- Location: Simi Valley, CA.
- Schedule: 4/10 schedule with start time of either 6:00 AM or 6:30 AM.
- Work Environment: Climate-controlled, ESD-protected manufacturing environment.



Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, cables, connectors, and related assemblies.
- Perform soldering and component installation using production drawings and work instructions.
- Inspect assemblies for quality, workmanship, and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and product traceability.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant electronic assembly, production, or manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Soldering experience strongly preferred for electronic components and assemblies.
- Ability to read basic assembly drawings, diagrams, bills of materials, and written work instructions.
- Experience using hand tools, soldering equipment, measuring devices, and other production tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to work with small parts.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.
- Comfortable following strict aerospace and defense manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive detailed assembly tasks.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and follow ESD protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with IPC J-STD-001 or similar electronic workmanship standards.
- Previous experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience applying conformal coating or performing finishing processes on electronic assemblies.
- Experience working in an ESD-protected production environment.
