Wonderful career opportunity with a well-established employer in the manufacturing/aerospace industry, seeking to hire an experienced Electronic Assembler. This position offers a 4/10 alternative work schedule (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with every Friday off. Reliability and consistent, on-time attendance are key to success in this role.

The Assembler works cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to build products according to customer specifications, blueprints, and detailed work instructions. This role requires prior experience within an electronic assembly and/or aerospace manufacturing environment. Work involves small, intricate components using hand tools and, at times, magnification, requiring strong attention to detail and precision. Assemblers follow travelers and production documentation to ensure quality and safety standards are met and may be trained in soldering or bring prior fine-point soldering experience.

Responsibilities include completing electronic assemblies, using hand and power tools, and following detailed instructions. This role also requires basic use of a computer or tablet to track work, clock in/out of jobs, and request inspections, so candidates must be comfortable with simple digital systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience in electronic assembly, aerospace, or a similar environment. Soldering, inspection, or potting experience is a plus. Candidates must be fluent in English.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with very small parts requiring steady hand coordination. Strong teamwork, communication, and a commitment to quality are essential.

ITAR Requirements: Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise eligible to comply with ITAR regulations.
