Electronic Assembler (Entry Level)
Location: Santa Barbara/ Goleta
Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

We are seeking a motivated Electronic Assembler with at least 1 year of soldering experience to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in electronics assembly and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components and products according to specifications

Perform hand soldering on small components and circuit boards

Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and schematics

Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Assist with other production tasks as needed

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of soldering experience (hand soldering required)

Ability to work with small parts and fine detail

Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Ability to read basic diagrams or work instructions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite Monday–Friday

Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with PCB assembly

Familiarity with ESD practices

Prior manufacturing or production experience
