Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with experience in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, coating, testing, and inspection.

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will support daily production flow by assembling components, performing soldering and coating processes, verifying product quality, and entering production activity into an ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform through-hole soldering, basic SMT soldering, conformal coating, masking, spraying, touch-up, and RTV application.
- Use hand tools and pneumatic equipment to prepare components and complete assembly processes.
- Conduct inspections and basic product software testing to confirm accuracy, completeness, and quality compliance.
- Follow IPC-A-610, ESD, ISO, safety, cleanliness, and internal quality procedures.
- Enter daily and weekly production activity into an electronic ERP system and maintain an organized work area.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Overtime: Availability for overtime, early starts, late shifts, and occasional weekends is required.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies in a production manufacturing environment.
- Perform through-hole soldering, basic SMT soldering, conformal coating, and RTV application.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, digital work instructions, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Inspect completed work and support production reporting through an ERP system.
- At least 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience.
- Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards.
- Experience with through-hole soldering and basic Surface Mount Technology soldering.
- Basic computer skills, including reading digital work instructions, navigating computer programs, and entering production information accurately.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow ESD, ISO, safety, cleanliness, and internal production procedures.
- Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Surface Mount Technology soldering.
- Experience with through-hole soldering and electronic assembly.
- Experience assembling electro-mechanical systems.
- Experience with conformal coating and RTV application.
- Experience in electronic manufacturing or aerospace manufacturing environments.
