We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects from start to finish. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
What You’ll Do
• Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects with regular job forecasting
• Lead pre-construction meetings and coordinate handoffs from estimating to field teams
• Collaborate with prefabrication and design departments
• Set clear expectations for foremen and provide ongoing coaching
• Negotiate and resolve client concerns
• Estimate and manage change orders as needed
• Oversee closeout procedures and post-project reviews
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering a plus)
• 7+ years of electrical project management experience (large jobs preferred)
• OSHA 30 and estimating experience a plus
• Strong computer skills and communication abilities
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
