Senior Electrical Estimator - Lead Bids, Grow Our Team!
Key Responsibilities:

Bid Team Leadership: Drive the complete bid process, ensuring thorough understanding of project requirements and effective team collaboration.
Strategic Estimating: Develop comprehensive estimating plans, including detailed take-off structures for all bid components.
Prefabrication Integration: Work closely with our Construction Services team to identify and implement prefabrication strategies.
Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact with General Contractor Chief Estimators.
Mentorship & Development: Guide and mentor junior estimators, fostering their growth into future leadership roles.

Requirements:

Experience in Electrical Design.
7+ years of experience in Electrical Estimating.
Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., McCormick).
Experience with both public and private sector projects in Commercial and Industrial electrical.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Preferred:

2+ years of experience supervising Electrical Estimators.
Graduate of an Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in the Electrical Field.
Experience with Utility-Scale Solar, Commercial Solar, or Traffic Signal/ITS projects.
Understanding of contract management principles.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and control the bid process effectively.
