We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in automated capital equipment used across medical, biotechnology, defense, security, and microelectronics industries. This role is responsible for performing precision electrical assembly work including control panel wiring, machine wiring, and cable harness assembly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and able to work collaboratively with engineering and mechanical teams in a fast-paced production environment. Located in Vista, CA Pay Rate: $28–$35/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform point-to-point wiring of electrical control panels
-Complete machine wiring and electrical cabling tasks Assemble cables and wire harnesses according to engineering drawings
-Solder wires and electrical components as required Test and verify functionality of electrical components using appropriate instruments Install electronic parts and hardware using hand tools Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
-Support troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical systems
-Assist with quality control inspections as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Experience working with basic electrical components (relays, fuses, circuit breakers, contacts, etc.)
-Hands-on experience with electrical systems installation and troubleshooting
-Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
-Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
-Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
-Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) best practices
-Experience with soldering and wire harness assembly
-Bilingual in Spanish
