Job Title: ERP Change Management Specialist

Position Overview:
The ERP Change Management Specialist acts as a liaison between the IT and HR departments, as well as the ERP vendor, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of ERP systems to support HR processes. This role focuses on managing change and project initiatives, facilitating communication, and driving the successful implementation of ERP-related projects that impact HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Change Management
Lead and manage ERP-related change and project initiatives, focusing on HR modules such as employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition, compensation, and workforce management.
Drive the adoption of HR technology at the organizational, departmental, and individual levels by addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of each group.
Ensure HR processes are effectively mapped, configured, and aligned within the ERP system.
Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to deliver system updates, enhancements, and resolve issues impacting HR functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between HR, the ERP vendor, and IT to translate business needs into system requirements.
Partner with HR leadership to align ERP capabilities with operational and strategic goals.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions during system changes.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ERP-driven solutions.
Document workflows, system changes, and develop user guides to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
Ensure ERP system configurations meet legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Training & User Support
Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs for HR teams and organization-wide users on ERP features and updates.
Provide ongoing support to system users, optimizing usability and resolving issues as they arise.
Project Management
Manage ERP-related HR projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP change management, HRIS systems, or related roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes and their integration with IT systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large-scale ERP implementations.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or Project Management (PMP).
Industry experience in hospitality, gaming, or food & beverage environments.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Proficiency: ERP systems (preferably Infor, or Workday, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft), HRIS platforms, project management tools.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results.
Change Leadership: Skilled in leading teams through organizational change while minimizing disruption and maintaining service excellence.
