Configuration, implementation, and maintenance of EDI platforms. Coordinate and manage the exchange of data between internal and external systems (suppliers, clients, distributors). Monitor the data transmission process and ensure that EDI messages are sent and received accurately and in a timely manner. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to EDI, including transmission errors and integration problems. Provide technical support to internal and external users of EDI systems. Identify opportunities for process automation through EDI to improve operational efficiency. Work with IT teams to optimize workflows and enhance the quality of exchanged data. Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure proper integration of the EDI system with the ERP (ASW) and other internal company systems. Continuously monitor EDI transactions to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Generate and maintain detailed technical documentation on EDI processes, including workflows, communication protocols, and data maps. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to electronic data interchange. Maintain security standards in the transmission and storage of EDI data, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
