EDI Processor
Location: Olive Branch, MS 38654
Pay: $24 - $25/hr

Position Overview
The EDI Processor will support order fulfillment and logistics operations by managing electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions, shipping documentation, and outbound shipment coordination. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of customer orders, shipping documents, and electronic transmissions through ERP/WMS systems and carrier platforms.

Key Responsibilities
EDI & Customer Transactions
• Prepare and transmit Advance Ship Notices (ASN) and invoices via EDI
• Process EDI transactions including 850 (Purchase Orders), 856 (ASNs), and 810 (Invoices)
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of customer EDI requirements
Shipping Documentation & Coordination
• Create shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and parcel labels (UPS/FedEx)
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including LTL shipments
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Systems & Tools
• Use ERP and WMS systems for order and shipment processing
• Navigate carrier portals such as UPS and FedEx
• Maintain accurate data entry and system updates

Required Skills & Experience
• 3 years minimum experience
• Experience working with online EDI platforms
• Knowledge of EDI transaction sets (850, 856, 810) preferred
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment environment
• QuickBooks experience is a plus!
