Position: E-Commerce Manager
Location: Santa Monica, CA (On-site | Monday–Friday)
Salary - 80,000 - 100,000K
A Santa Monica-based company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations across Shopify and Google online marketplaces. This role is integral to our digital growth strategy and will be responsible for managing e-commerce initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring a seamless and profitable online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations: Manage daily operations on Shopify and Google, including product listings, inventory tracking, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service coordination.
Site & Merchandising Management: Maintain and improve site navigation, product categorization, and merchandising strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversion.
Product Launches & Promotions: Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and sales strategies in coordination with marketing and creative teams.
Content & Asset Management: Curate and manage digital content including images, product descriptions, banners, and marketing assets in line with brand guidelines.
Email Marketing: Support the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs including sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
Database Maintenance: Update product listing data in a global database monthly to ensure accurate and current product information.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, logistics, customer service, fulfillment, etc.) to ensure a cohesive and efficient e-commerce experience.
Platform Compliance: Stay current with policies and best practices for Shopify and Google platforms, including customer service protocols, seller performance standards, fulfillment, and product regulations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with hands-on experience in Shopify and Google platforms.
Strong understanding of digital merchandising, online marketing, and customer journey optimization.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, logistics, and marketing teams.
Proven track record of increasing e-commerce performance through data-driven decision-making.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment (Monday–Friday onsite).
