Job Summary
We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Memphis, TN. This on-site role supports daily online store operations, product catalog accuracy, customer communication, merchandising updates, and ecommerce reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, images, attributes, categories, and SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and catalog accuracy while coordinating restocks or updates with internal teams and suppliers.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or marketplace messaging, including questions related to products, returns, refunds, and order issues.
- Support ecommerce merchandising efforts, including promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal updates, homepage banners, featured products, and layout changes.
- Pull and review sales reports, product performance data, and inventory summaries to identify trends, slow-moving items, and optimization opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, customer service, and product teams to support ecommerce growth and improve the customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage product and catalog updates across ecommerce platforms.
- Support customer service, returns, refunds, and product-related communication.
- Assist with merchandising, promotions, product launches, and digital content updates.
- Prepare ecommerce reports and analyze product, inventory, and sales performance.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant ecommerce, online retail, product catalog, merchandising, or digital operations experience preferred.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including sorting, filtering, and familiarity with lookup functions such as VLOOKUP or similar tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate product data, pricing, images, descriptions, and attributes.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional, brand-aligned tone with customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, ecommerce merchandising, or product content optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management systems, ERP tools, or product information management workflows.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic image editing tools.
- Knowledge of ecommerce merchandising best practices and marketplace listing requirements.
- Comfort working with large product catalogs, spreadsheets, and product datasets.
- Interest in growing into ecommerce channel management, including Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, marketplace KPIs, advertising performance, pricing updates, and channel growth strategy.
