One of our clients in Oxnard, CA is seeking a professional and experienced Driver Supervisor to oversee dispatch operations and ensure the efficient coordination of dry activities. This key role is responsible for maximizing driver utilization, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and supporting both operational goals and driver success.

Ideal candidates will have:

1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in auto transport, logistics, or a related field

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proven problem-solving abilities

High level of computer literacy, including experience with scheduling and tracking systems

The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
