About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Dough Production & R&D Assistant to support our Research & Development team in creating, testing, and preparing dough for new products. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who has experience baking, handling dough, or working in a food production environment and wants to grow their skills in an R&D setting.

What You’ll Do

Prepare, mix, portion, and handle various types of dough according to R&D instructions

Assist with baking tests, product trials, and sample preparation

Operate basic kitchen and production equipment (mixers, sheeters, ovens, etc.)

Label, organize, and store ingredients and samples properly

Follow detailed recipes and testing procedures with accuracy

Keep the work area clean, safe, and well organized

Support the R&D team with day-to-day tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience baking or working with dough (home baking, culinary school, or production experience all count)

Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately

Comfortable working in a warehouse, kitchen, or production environment

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Food handling or production experience is a plus, but not required
