We’re ready to hire a seasoned Development Manager who has built results from inside a nonprofit—not as a consultant. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic fundraiser who turns mission into momentum and relationships into revenue.

The Role
Lead and grow our philanthropic efforts across individual giving, grants, corporate partnerships, and events. You’ll shape strategy, steward donors, and deliver measurable results that expand our reach.

What You’ll Do:

Design and execute a multi-channel fundraising strategy

Build and steward strong donor relationships

Secure grants and manage reporting/compliance

Grow corporate partnerships and sponsorships

Lead fundraising events and campaigns

Collaborate on compelling donor communications

Own CRM data, budgeting, and performance reporting

Partner with leadership and the board to align priorities

What You Bring:

3–5+ years internal nonprofit development experience

Proven success with individual, foundation, and corporate gifts

Strong grant writing and donor communications skills

Data, budget, and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred)

Strategic, collaborative, and execution-focused mindset

Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred

Compensation
$120,000–$150,000 + bonus (based on experience and qualifications)
