Key Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning.
- Assist with document scanning, glass-copying tasks, and general document processing.
- Perform clerical duties while maintaining accuracy, organization, and productivity.
- Move, organize, and handle materials throughout the shift.
- Lift materials ranging from 10 to 50 lbs as needed.
- Follow company procedures, production standards, and security policies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Overtime: Available.
- Position Type: Temporary-to-hire, long-term opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning and processing.
- Scan, copy, organize, and route documents according to established procedures.
- Perform repetitive clerical and production-focused tasks with accuracy.
- Handle, move, and organize materials throughout the workday.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials ranging from 10 to 50 lbs as needed.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain productivity in a structured work environment.
- Must be able to comply with security policies regarding personal electronic devices.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, document processing, mailroom, scanning, data entry, or production experience is helpful.
