Document Specialist – Parma, OH

-Location: Parma, OH
-Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-Overtime: Available
-Position Type: Temporary-to-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity

AppleOne is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for a Document Specialist opportunity in Parma, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organized, hands-on work in a team-oriented environment.

Position Responsibilities
-Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning
-Assist with document scanning and occasional glass-copying tasks
-Perform general clerical and document-processing duties
-Move, organize, and handle materials throughout the shift
-Lift materials ranging from 10–50 lbs as needed

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Basic computer skills required
-Ability to read and follow instructions in English
-Comfortable standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the workday
-Must comply with security policies regarding personal electronic devices

Dress Code (Strictly Enforced)
-Business casual attire required
-Jeans permitted if they are clean and without tears
-Closed-toe shoes required (No Crocs)
-No leggings, gym/activewear, or clothing with offensive or political graphics
