We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Document Specialist Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Parma, OH. - Sort, open, separate, and organize incoming mail for document processing.
- Prepare, inspect, scan, compile, and assemble documents accurately using Kodak scanners.
- Run glass copies and complete assigned document imaging tasks according to production standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, including clearing jams, refilling toner, and replacing oil.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and accurately log required paperwork.
- Follow established quality, accuracy, and Impressions Per Hour production expectations.
- Sort and prepare incoming mail and documents for scanning.
- Operate Kodak scanners and complete document imaging tasks accurately.
- Maintain production speed, quality standards, and accurate paperwork logs.
- Support basic equipment maintenance and organized workstation practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, mailroom, document processing, or related experience preferred.
- Basic PC and typing skills required.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to frequently bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a structured production environment with quality and speed expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in printing, document scanning, imaging, records processing, or mailroom operations.
- Experience using production scanners or document management equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace.
