We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Preparation and Scanning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to read and understand instructions in English and have basic computer skills for training and eventual use of computerized scanning machines.
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with potential overtime). No schedule flexibility. First day starts at 8:00 AM
Responsibilities include:
• Separating and opening mail, prepping documents for scanning, and performing glass copies and other duties as assigned.
• Lifting objects between 10-50 lbs, standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Satisfying customers by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents according to company quality standards.
• Ensuring error-free work by working efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Achieving company production standards by maintaining the Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate.
• Handling simple machine maintenance, such as clearing jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil.
• Completing all paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
• Troubleshooting problems by communicating effectively with management.
• Keeping an organized workstation to prevent assembly errors.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience in a similar industry is a plus; knowledge of printing and scanning equipment is appreciated.
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs, stand, sit, bend, twist, and lift as required.
