Document Specialist – Parma, OH
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT available)

AppleOne is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Parma. As a Document Specialist, you will play a vital role in preparing and organizing physical documents for digital conversion. This is a great fit for those who enjoy hands-on, organized team environments.
Key Responsibilities
-Mail & Prep: Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail/documents for scanning.
-Digital Conversion: Assist with document scanning and occasional glass copying.
-Clerical Tasks: Perform general processing and data organization as assigned.
-Physical Handling: Move, lift, and organize materials (10–50 lbs) throughout the shift.
Candidate Requirements
-Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
-Skills: Ability to read/follow English instructions and basic computer knowledge.
-Physicality: Comfortable with standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting.
-Security: Personal electronics must be stored in designated areas during work hours.
Dress Code (Strictly Enforced)
-Style: Business Casual (Jeans allowed if they have no tears).
-Footwear: Closed-toe shoes required (No Crocs).
-Prohibited: No leggings, gym/activewear, or clothing with offensive/political graphics.
