As a Document Processor, you will support a secure document imaging and records management operation by preparing, scanning, indexing, and organizing sensitive client documents. Key Responsibilities
- Sort, prepare, and organize documents for scanning and electronic processing.
- Operate scanning equipment and review scanned images for quality, clarity, and accuracy.
- Index, label, and organize electronic files according to established procedures.
- Perform accurate data entry while meeting production and quality standards.
- Maintain production logs, records, and documentation as required.
- Support additional operational tasks within a secure records management environment.
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Work Location: On-site in Millville, NJ.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
- Dress Code: Professional business casual.
- Prepare, scan, and process documents in a secure records management environment.
- Review scanned images and electronic files for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Perform indexing, labeling, and data entry to support organized document storage and retrieval.
- Maintain production records and follow established workflow procedures.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant office, production, records, data entry, scanning, or document processing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with confidential documents.
- Basic computer skills, including comfort with data entry and electronic file organization.
- Ability to follow written procedures, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in document imaging, records management, mailroom operations, office production, or administrative support.
- Experience operating scanning equipment or working with electronic document management systems.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a process-driven, quality-focused environment.
